Eggs Benedicto a la Giselle

This is a great healthy breakfast that is low in calories, high in protein, fun and tasty to eat! And it's easy to prepare!

  • Take three egg whites and sizzle them up in a pan sprayed with non-stick/non-fat spray.

  • Toast a healthy slice of whole grain bread in the toaster.

  • Spray with "I can't believe it's not Butter," and top with a tablespoon of your favorite jam (sugarless or regular).

  • Top with the sizzled egg whites.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste with a pearl of jam doppled on top.

You've got yourself a healthy Danish style fancy egg dish that rounds out to about 150 calories and the sense you've just delighted in a real treat to start out the day! It's my favorite breakfast.
